What is included in the ticket price?The ticket includes: access to the event on both days lunch and refreshments on both days 3 workshops shopping time a goody bag The price of the ticket does not include any other costs associated with attending, including accommodation or travel costs. These must all be arranged and paid for separately by the attendee.

Which shops and workshops will be at the event?All stallholder and workshop announcements will be made via email, the website and our social media in the coming months.

I have my ticket, how do I join the attendees group?You can join the attendees group via this link. Please note: you will need to provide the order number in order to join, so if someone else purchased your ticket, please obtain this from them.

Is there a group rate for the hotel?We have negotiated a group rate with Leeds Hilton City which will be accessible via a link that will be shared with ticket holders. Please note that all hotel bookings must be made directly with the Hilton and their booking terms and conditions will apply. While we've arranged this special rate for our attendees, The Planners Department is not involved in the accommodation booking process and all hotel-related inquiries should be directed to the Hilton directly.

Is parking included at the venue?Parking is not included in the price of the ticket. If staying at Hilton Leeds City, it is £18 to park from 7am Saturday until 6.30pm Sunday. If you choose to stay elsewhere, parking at the venue is £12 per day. Stallholders can unload and load free of charge.

I will be travelling by train or air, where is the nearest train station or airport?The venue is less than a 5 minute walk from Leeds City train station and about a 30 minute drive from Leeds Bradford International Airport.

How do I apply for a stall at the event?Stallholder applications have now closed, however if you wish to be added to the waitlist please contact us via the contact page.

I don't require a stall but still want to be involved with my shop - is this possible?Absolutely! We have plenty of opportunities to sponsor elements of the event or contribute towards swag for attendees. Please contact us via the contact page to discuss.

Is the venue accessible?Yes, the venue has both ecscalators and lifts. The event will be held on one floor which is fully accessible. Disabled toilets are available just outside the event room.

What are the timings for the days?We are currently still finalising the schedule but can confirm it will be 2 full days approximately starting at 10am and finishing by 5pm. Final timings will be confirmed in due course.

What are the payment options?We have 2 payment options for general admission tickets to the event; pay in full or pay in instalments. The option to pay in 3 instalments will be available until 30th April 2025 and are as per the below: £50 on booking £50 on/before 30th June 2025 at 11.59pm BST £50 on/before 30th September 2025 at 11.59pm BST The second and third instalments will be billed via invoice and can be paid via bank transfer or via our Easy Bank Transfer link.

What payment methods are available?We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Can I purchase tickets for other people?To ensure we have the correct information and contact details for everyone we would ask every attendee to purchase their own ticket.

Can I attend for just one day?As the event is a full weekend, tickets are only available for both days.

What is a TPD Christmas Countdown?The Planners Department Christmas Countdown is a collaborative 12 day countdown box featuring 11 of your favourite shops.

Which shops are participating?We are so excited to announce the shops participating. How much is the box? What is the RRP?The box is priced at £70 plus shipping, or £65 plus shipping if you have purchased your ticket to TGPG 2026! The RRP of the box is over £80.

When is the box available to buy?The presale will open on Thursday 1st May 2025 and close on Sunday 13th July 2025.

What is the theme of the box?This year's Christmas Countdown is PLANNER BESTIES! It has a rainbow colour palette and is not specific to Christmas or any other holiday.

Why is the presale so early?Due to the fact we are coordinating production of various different items with a number of shops we need to ensure we leave ample production and packing time before the box ships in November 2025.

What is the minimum order?We need to reach presales of 50 countdown boxes by 13th July 2025 in order for the project to go ahead, so make sure you tell your friends! If the presale minimum is not met, any orders placed will be refunded within 7 business days of this date.

I have my TGPG ticket, how will I get my £5 off?A discount code will be given in the attendee Facebook group to get your £5 off. We will be checking orders against the attendee list so please don't give the code to anyone else!

When will the box ship?The box will ship early November 2025.
